  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of services offered by the online service Golden Mountains (hereinafter: the Service).

    • collected for specified, legitimate purposes, and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes
    • accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed
    • retained in a form enabling the identification of the individuals concerned for no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
  5. ADO performs the function of obtaining information about users and their behaviors through the voluntary submission of information in forms for the purpose of:
    • responding to user inquiries submitted using the contact form under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
    • accepting reservations using the online reservation system under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
    • performing services provided by ADO under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
    • marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the customer has given consent by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the reservation process under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent for processing data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a notification to ADO’s email address,
    • fulfilling ADO’s legitimate interests in specific cases under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, such as debt collection.
